My Story
Hello Iam Lara,
I have always been an extremely empathic and sensitive individual and addiction also runs in my family.
I struggled for years with substance abuse and using drugs and alcohol to manage stress, my sensitive nature and to relax, play and connect.
Even though I was also studying The Law of attraction and other healing modalities, I was never able to break free from addiction.
It wasn't until I made the commitment to get sober and create a new empowered identity that I was finally able to manifest the life of my dreams.
Combining sobriety with self concept work was the game changer I had been waiting for and now I dedicate my myself to helping others do the same.
Its not enough to just get sober. My mission is to help my clients truly THRIVE and create a life of their dreams!

I specialize in energy work, manifestation and addiction recovery. I work 1:1 with clients to help them free themselves from the pain and limitations of addiction while simultaneously helping them manifest a new and empowered identity and reality.
